Third Party Service Provider List

Introduction​

This document lists the third party service providers CollaFi engages to support platform operations. Each provider is identified along with the categories of data they may access in connection with their service.

Transparency​

CollaFi is committed to transparency about third party services. This list is reviewed and updated regularly. Any material changes are reflected in this document.

Infrastructure Providers​

Hosting and Cloud Services​

  • Purpose: Hosting the CollaFi website and platform infrastructure.
  • Data Accessed: Hosted application data, encrypted at rest and in transit.
  • Security Practices: Industry standard cloud security, access controls, and monitoring.

Email Service Provider​

  • Purpose: Sending transactional and notification emails to users.
  • Data Accessed: Email addresses, display names, and notification content.
  • Security Practices: Industry standard encryption and access controls.

Platform Services​

AI Chatbot​

  • Purpose: Providing on platform user assistance through a built in AI chatbot.
  • Data Accessed: Chat interactions during user sessions.
  • Security Practices: Interaction logs may be used for service improvement. Users are advised not to share sensitive information.

Floor Price APIs​

  • SentX API: Provides floor price data for supported NFT collections on the SentX marketplace.
  • Data Accessed: Collection identifiers only. No user data is shared with these APIs.

Wallet Connectivity​

  • HashPack: Primary Hedera wallet supported by CollaFi.
  • WalletConnect: Universal wallet connectivity standard.
  • Data Accessed: Public wallet addresses only. Private keys and seed phrases are never accessible to CollaFi or the wallet providers.

Community and Support​

Discord​

  • Purpose: Community hub, support tickets, AMAs, and CollaFi activity notifications bot.
  • Data Accessed: Discord usernames and message content within the CollaFi server.
  • Privacy Policy: Users should review Discord’s own privacy policy.

X / Twitter​

  • Purpose: Official communications, announcements, and AMAs via X Spaces.
  • Data Accessed: X / Twitter usernames, DMs sent to @collafinance, public engagement data.
  • Privacy Policy: Users should review X / Twitter’s own privacy policy.

Blockchain Infrastructure​

Hedera Network​

CollaFi is built natively on the Hedera network. All on chain transactions are processed via Hedera Token Service (HTS) and Hedera Consensus Service (HCS).

  • Data on Chain: Wallet addresses, transaction details, and platform events are recorded on the public Hedera ledger.
  • Permanence: Hedera data is permanent and cannot be deleted by CollaFi.

Updates to This List​

CollaFi may add or remove third party service providers as needed for platform operations. Material changes will be reflected in this document. CollaFi reserves the right to update this list as needed.
