Last updated: 2026. This Privacy Policy describes how CollaFi (operated by W3B Studio) collects, uses, and protects your information when you use our platform at www.collafi.com.

1. Information We Collect​

Wallet Address​

Your Hedera wallet address is recorded when you connect to CollaFi. This is necessary for all platform transactions.

Profile Information​

Display name and email address provided during account setup. The display name is visible publicly on the platform and Leaderboard.

Transaction Data​

All loan offers, acceptances, repayments, and defaults are recorded on the Hedera network via HTS and HCS. This data is inherently public on-chain.

Usage Data​

We may collect anonymized analytics about platform usage patterns to improve the user experience.

2. How We Use Your Information​

  • To operate the platform and facilitate peer-to-peer lending transactions.
  • To send email notifications about your offers, loans, repayment deadlines, and platform updates to the email address you provide.
  • To maintain the Leaderboard and operate the points and rewards program.
  • To provide customer support through the AI chatbot and Discord ticket system.
  • To improve platform features and user experience based on aggregated usage data.

3. Information Sharing​

CollaFi does not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.

Your wallet address and transaction history are visible on the public Hedera blockchain. This is inherent to blockchain technology and is not controlled by CollaFi.

Your display name is visible on the platform to other users.

Your email address is never published, sold, or shared for marketing. We share it with the service provider that delivers your notifications, only to deliver them. See the Third Party Service Provider List.

4. Data Security​

CollaFi takes reasonable measures to protect your information. However, no method of electronic storage or transmission is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your data.

Your wallet security is your responsibility. CollaFi never requests or stores your private keys or seed phrases.

5. AI Chatbot​

CollaFi uses a third-party AI chatbot for on-platform assistance. Interactions with the chatbot may be logged for quality improvement and training purposes. The chatbot can escalate inquiries to the CollaFi development team via email.

Do not share sensitive personal information, private keys, or seed phrases with the chatbot.

6. Cookies & Tracking​

CollaFi may use cookies and similar technologies for session management and analytics. You can configure your browser to reject cookies, though this may affect platform functionality. See the Cookie Policy.

7. Your Rights​

You may request deletion of your profile information (display name and email) by contacting us at info@w3b.studio. On-chain transaction data cannot be deleted as it is permanently recorded on the Hedera network.

You may opt out of email notifications by updating your profile settings. See the Data Subject Rights Procedure for more information.

8. Changes to This Policy​

CollaFi may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the platform and official social media channels. Continued use of CollaFi after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
