Children’s Privacy Statement

Overview​

This Children’s Privacy Statement describes CollaFi’s approach to users under the age of majority. CollaFi is not directed at children, and the platform is intended for users of legal age in their respective jurisdictions.

Age Requirements​

Minimum Age​

You must be at least 18 years old, and must also meet any higher age requirement in your own jurisdiction, to use CollaFi. By using CollaFi, users represent and warrant that they meet this requirement.

Verification​

CollaFi does not currently perform age verification. Users are trusted to comply with the age requirement. If CollaFi becomes aware that an account is held by a person under the minimum age, the account will be subject to suspension or closure.

Not Directed at Children​

CollaFi does not:

  • Target marketing or advertising at children.
  • Knowingly collect personal information from children under the minimum age.
  • Provide services intended for use by children.

Content and Communications​

All platform content, communications, and educational materials are written for an adult audience. Topics such as lending, borrowing, financial risk, and NFT collateral are not appropriate for children.

If a Child Has Used CollaFi​

Reporting Concerns​

If you are a parent or guardian who believes a child under the minimum age has used CollaFi, contact us immediately at info@w3b.studio. Provide as much detail as you can, including any wallet addresses associated with the suspected account.

CollaFi Response​

Upon credible notice that an account is held by a child, CollaFi will:

  • Suspend the account pending investigation.
  • Delete any profile information collected.
  • Cancel any active offers where technically possible.
  • Coordinate with the reporting parent or guardian as appropriate.

On Chain Limitations​

On chain transactions cannot be reversed even if an account is closed. This is a limitation of blockchain technology. CollaFi will do everything within its control to protect children from continued platform use.
